We are seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Executive who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, from first enquiry to handover , while working closely with your colleagues to ensure the branch achieves its overall performance targets.
Key Responsibilities for a Sales Executive
Customer engagement - Managing customer enquiries both in person and online, ensuring every interaction reflects the branch’s high standards.
Vehicle demonstrations - Delivering professional demonstrations and test drives that build trust and confidence.
Needs analysis - Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and packages.
Sales process management - Managing the full sales journey from enquiry to delivery with accuracy and care.
Team-based performance - Contributing to branch-wide targets, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a positive, collaborative sales floor.
Finance & product maximisation - Identifying opportunities to promote finance, warranty, and ancillary products.
Customer retention - Building long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Accurate administration - Ensuring all customer records and sales documentation are completed accurately.
Requirements for a Sales Executive
Minimum 2 years’ experience in vehicle sales
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Ability to contribute to branch performance, not just individual results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Full UK Driving Licence
