Service Technician – CNC Machines

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician, providing installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

* Service, maintain, and repair CNC machines at customer sites.

* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs.

* Install and fit replacement parts to manufacturer specifications.

* Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic interfacing.

* Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to ensure machines are fully operational.

* Train customers on machine operation and routine maintenance.

* Complete service reports and PDI documentation accurately.

* Liaise with customers and provide excellent technical support.

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with company and customer Health & Safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience servicing or maintaining CNC machinery or similar industrial equipment.

* Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

* Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

* Ability to work independently and manage customer site visits.

* Full UK driving licence (preferred/required if applicable)
