Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Plumber
Location: Peckham, London
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Overtime: Available
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Plumber to join a successful and expanding organisation based in Peckham, London. The Role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across the site. You will ensure all mechanical systems, plumbing installations, and associated equipment are maintained to a safe and efficient standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance
* Complete plumbing repairs, installations, and fault finding
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and plumbing issues efficiently
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Maintain accurate service records and reports
* Work in line with company health and safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Plumber, or similar role
* Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and mechanical maintenance
* Ability to carry out fault finding and repairs independently
* Good understanding of health and safety standards
* Relevant trade qualifications or recognised experience within the industry
