We are seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work on a supply basis in local secondary schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and complete the work that has been set. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced education professionals looking for flexible work.

Responsibilities:

Supervise classes across a range of subjects.

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Ensure students complete the work provided by the teacher.

Create a safe, positive, and productive learning environment.

Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:

Experience working with young people is desirable.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

A confident, professional, and adaptable approach.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Right to work in the UK.
