Breakfast Club: 8:00am-9:00am
After School Club: 2:30pm-6:00pmCandidates who are only available for the afternoon shift (2:30pm-6:00pm) are also encouraged to apply.

SANZA Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and organised Extended Services Manager to lead the breakfast and after school provision at a welcoming primary school in Southwark from September.

This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with a passion for creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive before and after the school day.

The Role

As Extended Services Manager, you will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school clubs.
Plan and deliver a range of fun, creative and inclusive activities for primary-aged children.
Ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all pupils in your care.
Supervise and support playworkers, maintaining high standards of care across the provision.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff.
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies are followed at all times.
Work closely with the school leadership team to develop and enhance the wraparound care provision.The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working in a breakfast club, after school club, nursery or similar childcare setting.
Has experience leading or supervising a team.
Is enthusiastic, reliable and highly organised.
Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
Is committed to providing high-quality childcare in a fun, safe and supportive environment.What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay of £19-£21 per hour.
