Setting Out Engineer Residential Groundworks & Civil Engineering

Our client is a well-established residential groundworks and civil engineering contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure packages for some of the UK's leading housebuilders.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join their expanding engineering team.

Residential groundworks experience is essential. Unfortunately, candidates with backgrounds solely in rail, highways, commercial or utilities will not be considered.

The Role
You'll be responsible for setting out and engineering duties across multiple residential developments, ensuring works are delivered accurately, safely and to programme.

You'll Need Experience In:

Setting out housing plots, foundations and external works.
Roads, sewers and drainage.
Residential infrastructure and Section 278 works.
QA, as-built surveys and technical compliance.
Working closely with Site Managers and Groundworks Teams. Requirements

Proven residential groundworks experience.
CSCS Card.
Proficient with Leica, Trimble or similar survey equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Full UK Driving Licence. What's On Offer
