Position: Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Pay rate: £14.13 per hour + company bonuses!
Hours: Full time, Days

This well-established home provides exceptional standards of care for residents requiring residential, nursing and dementia care, while also providing a supportive and rewarding environment for staff. Responsibilities as an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator:
• Plan and deliver meaningful, person-centred activities to support residents’ wellbeing and quality of life
• Create engaging activity plans tailored to residents’ interests, needs and abilities
• Provide companionship and one-to-one support for residents requiring additional support
• Support residents living with dementia through appropriate activities and engagement techniques
Requirements as an Engagement and Wellbeing Coordinator:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering activities within a care home or similar environment
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Activities, or willingness to work towards this
