Headquartered in London, CACI Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of CACI International Inc., a publicly listed company on the NYSE with annual revenue in excess of US $6.2bn and employing approx. 22,000 people worldwide.

CACI Ltd is an international data and technology consultancy with £154m turnover and 1200 employees. We are passionate, progressive and unafraid of challenge; our mission is to use technology and data-driven insight to make a commercial difference.

We provide expert advice and hands-on system management to help our national and global clients get the most from technology and data. We use innovation wisely to deliver well thought-out digital solutions and software.

CACI Ltd is a leading provider of information systems and marketing solutions and we are seeking a NetSuite Consultant to join our internal NetSuite support team within the Technology Department. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and people-focused team in a central London location to continue the implementation and migration to NetSuite across a diverse company with almost 1500 staff.

CACI Ltd has invested in NetSuite as its cloud business platform of choice, covering key business processes from sales, project management and financials as a replacement for the various Legacy systems following multiple company acquisitions.

In this role, you will help us implement, enhance, and migrate existing CRM, ERP, SRP, and CASE business processes to NetSuite and integrate new acquisitions. You will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, deliver functional workshops, configure forms, roles, searches, and reports, design and develop workflows, and provide day-to-day support. You will have plenty of opportunities to apply and develop your knowledge and experience integrating business units with disparate requirements.

Reporting to the Applications and Projects Manager in the Technology department and working alongside our team of NetSuite developers and administrators, you will work with the various business units and closely with Finance to define needs, deliver solutions, resolve issues, and deliver ongoing training and support to embed change. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience, be an out-of-the-box thinker, have a proactive approach, and love a challenge.

Responsibilities

Discover, design, and implement NetSuite (CRM, SRP, ERP and CASE) for new acquisitions and existing business unit processes.

Review and enhance existing NetSuite processes.

Perform data analysis, cleansing, mapping, importing, and migration using native NetSuite and third party applications.

Build and maintain searches, reports, and role dashboards.

Monitor the existing environment and test new releases to ensure our configurations remain operational.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for NetSuite functionality and features.

Research and evaluate new NetSuite features and technologies and provide recommendations for improvement.

Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations and feedback.

Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.

Skills

At least 3 years of NetSuite administration experience, ideally with multiple new and complex deployments.

Strong experience with workflows, custom attributes, forms and an awareness of SuiteScript.

Be able to effectively use Sandbox environments for development and training.

Excellent working knowledge of ERP and SRP processes.

Great analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Ability to document complex requirements simply.

Experience with Financial processes.

A collaborative worker.

We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
