We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable independent garage located in Cannock, West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional seeking long-term stability and career progression within a well-established business.

Up to £42,000 basic salary, with higher rates available for Senior Technicians
Monday to Friday working schedule, with no weekends required

Servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to high standards
Conducting diagnostic assessments using dealer-level equipment
Ensuring all repairs and servicing are completed efficiently and first time, every time
Staying up-to-date with manufacturer procedures and technical advancements
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop environment
Working closely with the team to meet customer expectations and deadlines
Supporting ongoing training initiatives to enhance technical skills and knowledgeRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Qualified Vehicle Technician with Level 3 qualification or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced workshop environment
Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering quality workmanship
Caring about customer service and team collaboration
Motivated to develop and progress within the automotive industry
