Multi Trade Operative

Optima Site Solutions is recruiting an experienced Multi-Trade Operative for ongoing work in Pimlico .

We are looking for a dependable and versatile tradesperson with a strong background in property maintenance and refurbishment. Candidates must have previous experience working within social housing.

Duties Will Include:

* Bathroom installations and replacements, including toilets, basins, and associated plumbing works

* First and second-fix plumbing

* General carpentry works, including:

* Boxing-in

* Skirting boards

* Architraves

* Kitchen fitting (advantageous)

* Wall tiling

* Basic painting and decorating

Essential Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative

* Previous social housing experience is required

* Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard

* Own tools and PPE

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
