Class 2 Driver

Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver - Multi-drop Deliveries (3-4 drops). Tail Lift work - Cages on ambient, chill and frozen (cages around 320kg).
Location: Grays, Thurrock
Pay Rate: £21.95 to £26.77 p/h
Shifts: Variety of shifts available - one weekend day required (apply to discuss shifts + start times)
Experience: 6 months experience driving Class 2 is essential
Requirement: You will be required to complete a Drug & Alcohol Test before your Driving Assessment

As a professional Class 2 Driver, your duties may include:

Multi-drop Deliveries (3-4 deliveries per day)
Tail Lift work - delivering 320+kg cages on ambient, chill and frozen
Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Ensuring deliveries are completed safely, professionally and on time
Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Road Transport regulations
Completing all relevant paperwork and electronic records accuratelyWhat We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you'll need:

A valid UK Class 2 Driving Licence
At least 6 months' commercial Class 2 driving experience
A valid Driver CPC qualification (DCPC)
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety and customer serviceOur client may accept up to 6 penalty points. Unfortunately, applications with DD, DR, CD, IN or TT endorsements cannot be accepted.

Applicants must be UK residents and able to travel independently to and from the site. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
