Job Title: Sheet Metal Worker

About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and reputable organisation specialising in high-quality metal fabrication and installation. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal components to specification

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints and job orders

Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (press brakes, shears, rollers, etc.)

Measure, cut, bend and form metal with precision

Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets required standards

Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or similar role

Strong understanding of fabrication techniques and metals

Ability to read and work from technical drawings

Competent with fabrication machinery and tools

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships (preferred but not essential)
