CNC Turner

Inspire resourcing Ltd are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes and machining centres, ensuring components are produced to the required quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Set and operate CNC machinery, predominantly using Fanuc controls.

* Produce components to the required specifications and quality standards.

* Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including processes and tooling.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.

* Operate overhead cranes and use lifting slings safely.

Essential Requirements

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures and best practices.

* Ability to edit and modify existing CNC programmes.

* Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

* Consistently produces work to a high standard.

* Conscientious, proactive, and reliable approach to work.

* Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.

Working Hours

* Day Shift Pattern

* 38 hours per week

Other shift patterns may be available depending on operational requirements.

Pay & Benefits

* £15 - £16 per hour

* Overtime opportunities available

* excellent holidays

* On-site parking

* Permanent, full-time position
