Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

* Project delivery, full support to the Director

* Project Management

* Budget control

* Health and Safety, Building Safety

* Quality Assurance

* Commissioning and Handover

* Design and Technical management , BIM, Sustainability

Experience Required

* Proven track record of managing projects to completion

* Valid experience as a Mechanical Project Manager minimum 5 years

* CSCS

* SMSTS

Salary / Benefits

* £60,000 - £65,000

* 1 day wfh
