Are you an organised, professional, and proactive PA with excellent communication skills?
This is a unique opportunity to provide vital PA support in a professional environment. If you have experience in executive support and enjoy working in a role that demands discretion and attention to detail, this could be the role for you.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Personal Assistant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will be limited to:
Managing the schedule and diary, coordinating meetings and appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing incoming correspondence with a professional demeanour.
Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for the director’s engagements.
Drafting, proofreading, and managing a range of correspondence, reports, and documents.
Maintaining confidentiality at all times when dealing with sensitive information.
Supporting the wider administrative team with ad hoc tasks as required.
Assisting with event planning and logistics for internal and external visits or functions.
Temporary Personal Assistant Rewards
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 to 17:30 with an unpaid lunch break. Flexibility to work some Saturdays as needed.
Opportunity to work in a beautiful setting with on-site parking and easy access to public transport.
