The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within a designated geographical area and industry sectors.
You will spend your time meeting prospective customers, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and manage your own sales pipeline using a combination of self-generated leads, LinkedIn, CRM systems, Google research, and qualified marketing-generated enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective B2B customers.
Generate leads through networking, prospecting, LinkedIn, and market research.
Manage opportunities through the CRM system.
Negotiate and close new business contracts.
Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B field sales.
A proven track record of generating and winning new business.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach.
Strong resilience and determination.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
