Senior Recruitment Consultant

Lennox Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join one of our industry leading recruitment agencies based in Hertfordshire:

* Construction/ Civil Engineering - White Collar, permanent desk

* Previous experience within these sectors would be highly desirable but strong consultants from any white collar industry will be considered

* Desk is available due to an internal promotion

* WARM desk

* View to stepping up into a Divisional Lead role within the business

* 1 day remote working

* Flexible working hours 8-5pm or 7:30 -4:30pm

* Commission paid 10-35% - NO THRESHOLD

* Base up to £45k

* Quaterly team incentives, most recently a team trip to Ibiza!
