Quality Lead

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for Quality Lead to join one of their clients based in Birmingham, B66 area.

JOB PURPOSE

To lead and drive the quality team to ensure quality, hygiene and housekeeping standards are met throughout the site and all relevant due diligence documentation is completed accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* To conduct daily shop floor inspections

* To lead and direct the quality team

* To investigate quality related issues

* To conduct internal audits

* To conduct hygiene and housekeeping inspections

* To check, issue and collect all quality related documentation to and from the quality team

* To escalate quality issues as needed.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

* Leadership experience.

* HACCP level 3 or above

* Strong observational skills.

* Strong sense of hygiene and housekeeping.

* Good organisational skills with time management.

* Experience of Quality control.

PRODUCTION SHIFT

Flexible 40 hours per week. (Typical hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday)

SALARY

Up to £17 per hour
20 Days Holiday
