The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Cover Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in the Portsmouth area from September 2026. This is a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The school is seeking a confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects, maintain excellent classroom management, and ensure students remain focused and motivated in their learning.

The Role

As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absences.
