£45,000 Basic + £450 Monthly Call-Out Retainer (1 in 6) + door to door pay with OTE: £70,000–£80,000+ per annum + Company van and fuel card + annual leave + pension + MORE!
An established and highly respected building services contractor is looking to expand its Commercial Gas team due to continued growth across its long-term maintenance frameworks.
Operating across social housing and commercial building services, the company has built an excellent reputation for investing in its engineers and providing long-term job security. The management team is made up of former engineers, creating a supportive environment where the technical demands of the role are understood and engineers are genuinely valued.

The role
Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial gas and burner equipment
Planned and reactive maintenance across social housing and building services contracts
Covering South London and the Home Counties
Participation in a 1-in-6 call-out rota
Delivering high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service Requirements
Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1 and relevant commercial modules)
Proven experience servicing and fault-finding on commercial boilers and burners
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Full UK Driving Licence
