Proven experience leading, supervising or supporting rent recovery teams to achieve service targets and improve performance.

Confident knowledge of court processes, Possession Claims Online and presenting rent arrears cases in court.

A balanced and professional approach, with the ability to combine firm recovery action with empathy, early intervention and tenancy sustainment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents and partner agencies.

The ability to remain calm under pressure, manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced service environment.

Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records across multiple systems.

A minimum of five GCSEs, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.

Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience is desirable.

Why Apply?
