Exciting Opportunities!! We are hiring Process Technologists for our client, a Dessert Manufacturer in Manchester!

Are you ready to join a thriving food manufacturing company with a rich history and ambitious growth plans? Our client was established over 80 years ago and is looking for 2 Process Technologists to join their innovative team in Manchester!

About Our Client:

* £250m turnover, aiming for £300m in the next 3 years

* Two UK sites with 1,500–2,000 employees

* Major customers include M&S, Sainsbury's and Tesco

* Producers of iconic products!

Role Overview

As a Process Technologist, you'll be at the heart of the NPD team, working within a large factory across their Ambient section, helping to bring new products to life and ensure a smooth transition from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

* Run and validate process trials

* Manage projects with a focus on critical paths and efficiency

* Work closely with the NPD and Production teams to deliver successful product launches

* Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes

Skills & Experience required

* At least 6 months' experience as a Process Technologist, or

* 6–12 months' factory experience gained as part of a Food Science/Food Technology degree

* Food Science/Food Technology degree

* Strong organisational and project management skills

* A proactive, ambitious and forward-thinking approach

* Bakery experience would be beneficial but is not essential

The Opportunity

* 2 permanent positions available

* Salary up to £32,000

* 5% pension contribution

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
