Field Service Coordinator
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Are you an organised and proactive coordinator with experience supporting engineers, service teams, or technical operations? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your career within a growing industrial environment?
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Coordinator to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Droitwich. This role is ideal for someone with experience in service coordination, engineering administration, project support, or a technical environment who enjoys managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
Working closely with engineers, customers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in coordinating field service activities, managing schedules, preparing documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of installations, maintenance, and reactive service work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily field service activities including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and reactive call-outs.
Schedule engineers and maintain accurate diaries, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Confirm customer requirements, service dates, and site access arrangements.
Track job progress and update internal systems with accurate information.
Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding service visits and updates.
Prepare and issue relevant documentation including risk assessments and method statements.
Ensure all activities are completed in line with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
Review engineer reports and job sheets, coordinating remedial actions and quotations where required.
Arrange purchase orders, spare parts, and equipment deliveries to engineers and site locations.
Maintain accurate records of engineer stock, tools, and calibration requirements.
Support with raising monthly claims, invoices, and general service administration.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within service coordination, engineering support, logistics, or technical administration.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
High attention to detail with a structured approach to documentation and administration.
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office packages.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work independently.
Desirable Experience:
Background within engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments.
Experience working with health & safety documentation, risk assessments, and compliance processes.
