Prospero Teaching is recruiting qualified Religious Education Teachers to support secondary schools across the Midlands.
We work with a wide range of mainstream secondary schools and academies looking for enthusiastic teachers to deliver Religious Education across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available in some schools.
Whether you're looking for flexible daily supply, a long-term placement or your next permanent position, our dedicated Secondary team will work with you to find opportunities that suit your experience, preferred travel distance and career ambitions.
You'll be responsible for delivering engaging Religious Education lessons that encourage discussion, critical thinking and respect for different beliefs, values and cultures. Opportunities are available in a variety of school settings, allowing you to broaden your experience while building strong relationships with local schools.
We welcome applications from experienced teachers, Early Career Teachers and teachers returning to the profession.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching Religious Education within UK secondary schools
Strong curriculum and classroom management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Right to work in the UK
