Your mission as a Supervisor
* Support Store Management in leading, developing and inspiring the team
* Lead by example to deliver an elevated and personalised client experience
* Drive performance with a strong focus on KPIs and commercial excellence
* Ensure impeccable standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Build lasting client relationships to reinforce brand loyalty
* Coach and empower your team to continuously grow and succeed
* Contribute to the operational excellence and overall success of the store
* Promote Lacoste’s culture and values within the team
