Many of the students you'll support thrive with consistency, encouragement, and positive role models who can help them navigate challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
No two days are the same, but that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting students academically and emotionally
Working one-to-one and with small groups
Promoting confidence, independence, and engagement
Supporting behaviour management strategies
Building positive professional relationships with students and staff
