Service Coordinator
Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum
We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing team in Kent. This is a busy and varied role where you'll coordinate planned maintenance, manage reactive callouts, support field engineers, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule planned maintenance visits and allocate reactive callouts.
* Coordinate engineers' workloads and maintain daily schedules.
* Liaise with customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Prepare job documentation and maintain accurate service records.
* Support weekly invoicing and general administration.
* Monitor service performance and produce monthly KPI reports.
* Raise purchase orders and check subcontractor invoices.
* Ensure service reports are completed accurately and follow up on any outstanding actions.
About You
* Previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling or administration role.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
