A passionate and down-to-earth Quantity Surveying consultancy are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager to their modern, central London office situated around Barbican Street station.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a busy team of 10 Quantity Surveyors who are working on a mix bag of projects including private/high-end residential, commercial, heritage, and leisure projects.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will carry out a Quantity Surveying / Project Management role on projects from inception to completion, with projects tending to value between £1m and £10m.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Project Management experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Management environment
Good pre & post contract knowledge
Able to deliver projects independentlyIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
28 days annual leave + bank holidays
1-2 days WFH
