Salary: £56,000 + Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Monday - Friday - Day Shift - 8AM - 4PM
About the Company:
We have partnered with a leading industrial manufacturing company who are a leader in material processing. With a strong commitment to efficiency and environmental responsibility, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to enhance their engineering team.
The Role:
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer , you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of all site machinery and equipment. You will play a leading role in skilled team of maintenance professionals, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide mechanical and electrical technical engineering support across all production operations
* Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained to the highest standard, including automated production lines, robotics, conveyor systems, and associated mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
* Diagnose faults efficiently to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and cost efficiency
* Assist production teams with machinery setups and breakdowns, delivering guidance and training where appropriate
