We need a stand-alone site manager for quite a technically complicated residential new build project in the centre of Beaconsfield.
The house, a bungalow with bespoke glazing and contemporary high-end interiors is being built for a private client by the residential main contractor based in High Wycombe we are recruiting for.
Around £1.5 million worth of builder's works. This is a new build scheme requiring the ability to bring a job out of the ground and drive it through, maintaining programme to finishes and handover.
The opportunity
* Taking up the position two weeks prior to project commencement, starting from a completely clean sheet.
* A great product in a very attractive location.
* A high level of autonomy, as long as quality and programme are strictly adhered to.
