Salary: £40,000 basic + generous uncapped commission

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Altrincham, specialising in recruitment across the US Built Environment sector.

The Opportunity

You'll take ownership of a specialist US market, partnering with leading clients across the built environment. This is an opportunity to build long-term relationships, develop your own desk, and maximise your earning potential with a highly competitive commission structure.

With access to an extensive recruitment tech stack, you'll have the tools needed to source exceptional talent, streamline your delivery, and stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing and developing relationships with US-based clients.
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre professionals within the built environment sector.
Growing your own specialist market through business development and account management.
Delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
Using our market-leading technology and sourcing tools to maximise productivity and results.

What We're Looking For

Previous recruitment experience within construction or the built environment.
A proven track record of delivering results and building strong client relationships.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent communication skills.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to build a successful long-term career.

What We Offer

£40,000 basic salary
Generous uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
Hybrid working, including work from home every Friday.
Working hours aligned to the US market:
Monday-Thursday: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday: Flexible hybrid/home working.
