One of the UK's leading leisure sector contractors who specialise in new build, fit outs and refurbishments up to £10m in value.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the new build division of the business, to take the lead on managing new build pubs, hotel extensions and larger hotel builds
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager, with a strong background in managing complex construction projects from enabling works through to final fit-out.
The successful candidate will oversee new builds, hotel extensions and refurbishment projects involving:
* Enabling works
* Groundworks and infrastructure
* New build
* Structural alterations
* Internal fit-out
* Refurbishment of existing hotel bedrooms and associated areas
Experience working within live environments and coordinating works to minimise disruption is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Day-to-day management of site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
* Maintaining health & safety compliance across the project
* Liaising with the client, design team, and project stakeholders
* Managing site logistics and sequencing of works
* Quality control and snag management
* Site reporting, record keeping, and progress updates
* Ensuring programme milestones are achieved
