An established and growing homecare provider is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop its domiciliary care service in Essex
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an already successful service, work alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team, and build something you can genuinely be proud of. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care while developing and inspiring your team, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring outstanding care is delivered while driving quality, compliance and sustainable growth.

This is a role where your ideas will be valued, your achievements recognised and your career supported.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational management of a high-quality domiciliary care service.
Complete client consultations, care assessments and personalised care planning.

Support the continued growth and development of the branch.
About You
We're looking for someone who leads by example and is passionate about providing outstanding care.
You'll ideally have:
Experience as a Registered Manager, or significant experience as a Deputy Manager looking to progress.
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care legislation.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
Commercial awareness with the ability to support service growth.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
What's on Offer
Competitive salary with regular salary reviews.
Performance-related bonus opportunities.
Ongoing training, mentoring and career development.
Paid enhanced DBS check.
Blue Light Card and additional employee benefits.
Volunteer days and wellbeing initiatives.
A supportive senior leadership team that values your ideas.
Genuine opportunities for career progression within a growing organisation.
A positive, collaborative working environment where quality always comes first.
