Futures Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business seeking a proactive and driven Process Engineer to support the optimisation of production processes and drive continuous improvement across its manufacturing operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer who enjoys problem-solving, improving efficiency, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
Optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Analyse production performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective corrective actions using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
Support production planning by maintaining accurate ERP/MRP data, creating production routings, and ensuring technical documentation is up to date.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to deliver process improvements while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Process Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
