Are you an experienced EA looking for a role where you can support senior leadership within a globally recognised organisation?
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an established international business, seeking an experienced EA to join their team and provide high-level support across their senior leadership function. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days based at their Burgess Hill offices.
Reporting into the Senior EA, your key responsibility will be managing complex UK and international travel arrangements for & VPs, ensuring all travel, accommodation and schedules are planned seamlessly. Alongside this, you will provide wider EA support during busier periods, holiday cover and as priorities evolve across the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, working with senior stakeholders and using their organisational skills within a fast-paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managin#g complex UK and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries for seven VPs
Supporting with diary management and coordination of senior leadership schedules
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
Providing wider Executive Assistant support during busy periods and holiday cover
Ensuring all arrangements are managed accurately, efficiently and proactively
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous PA or EA experience supporting multiple senior individuals
Strong experience managing complex travel arrangements, including international travel
Excellent diary management and organisational skills
The ability to prioritise effectively and manage changing demands
A professional and confident approach when working with senior stakeholders
What's on offer:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.15pm & lunchtime finish every Friday
Salary up to £40,000pa DOE
7.5% end-of-year bonus
Hybrid working
5 weeks' holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
