ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a RAN Delivery Lead on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects in the North of England.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through to handover to operations, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with delivery partners to manage the design, acquisition, construction and activation of RAN sites.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful RAN site delivery in line with programme and business objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and support timely resolution of issues to maintain delivery performance.
Ensure all RAN deployment activities are carried out in compliance with Health & Safety standards, quality requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.Key Skills
Proven experience delivering RAN deployment programmes across multiple suppliers, contractors and delivery partners.
Strong technical knowledge of one or more key aspects of RAN site deployment, including design, acquisition or construction.
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements, with a focus on quality, compliance and a right-first-time approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
