Key Responsibilities

Client Diplomacy & Strategic Partnership

Primary Client Ambassador: Act as the trusted, daily face of the business for Landlord Asset Managers, Managing Agents, and C-suite corporate tenant representatives.

Essential Requirements:

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience operating as a Technical Contract Manager, Engineering Manager, or Senior Technical Account Manager within a high-profile Central London commercial landmark or Landlord & Tenant portfolio.
