Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Picking Operative to join our client based in Denby, near Ripley, DE5. The prime purpose of the Picking Operative is to pick profile lengths ready for distribution.

Picking Operatives Hours:

Static Days 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off rotationPicking Operatives Pay:

Days rate: £13.18 per hour plus overtime at time and a half
The job roles and responsibilities of the Picking Operatives include:

Participate in the processing of orders; including picking, packing, labelling, and storing of the product.
Help to maintain organisation, cleanliness, and restock.
Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
Promote a positive work environment and maintain safety, always.
Contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Preferred knowledge of hand scanners
Perform all other duties as assignedKey skills required for the role of Picking Operatives:

Attention to detail
Previous experience of picking is required
Working as part of a teamThis job operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role routinely uses heavy equipment. To perform this job you must be able to continuously lift and/or move 25kgs.
