Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mammographer to join our Imaging team on a bank basis.
The Role
Working within our busy and well-equipped Imaging Department, you will provide high-quality mammography services and exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe, supportive and positive experience for every patient.
Duties and responsibilities:
Deliver specialist mammography examinations to a high clinical standard.
Produce high-quality mammographic images to support accurate diagnosis.
Maintain excellent patient care and communication throughout the patient journey.
Work collaboratively with radiographers, radiologists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record keeping.
Adhere to departmental policies, professional standards and radiation safety regulations.Who we're looking for:
HCPC registered Radiographer.
UK Mammography Accreditation qualification.
Previous experience working in mammography.
Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience within the independent healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.Benefits:
