Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Borehamwood from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and creating an engaging learning environment. Whether your strengths lie in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, the school is looking for a teacher who can motivate pupils, promote a love of learning, and make a positive impact on children's academic and personal development.

The Role

Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupils' progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
Contribute to school events, enrichment activities, and the wider school community.
Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all learners.
Uphold high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
Demonstrates excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Is passionate about inspiring young learners and raising attainment.
Has a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices.
Is committed to inclusive education and supporting the needs of every pupil.
Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
