I'm recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join a well-established nursing home in Falkirk. You'll care for the same residents each day, giving you the opportunity to deliver truly person-centred care while working in a friendly, supportive environment that genuinely invests in its nurses.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents with a range of healthcare needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, you'll:

Assess, plan and deliver individualised care
Administer medications and manage clinical interventions
Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
Support and mentor colleagues and student nurses
Build trusted relationships with residents and their families
Help maintain the highest standards of clinical care across the homeWhat We're Looking For

Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
