This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect looking to take on a leadership role within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, managing projects from concept through to completion while mentoring junior team members.

Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages
Produce high-quality design proposals and technical drawings
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Manage planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
Undertake site visits and oversee projects during construction
Mentor and support junior members of the architectural team
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Maintain excellent technical and design standards throughout project deliveryIdeal Candidate
ARB-registered Architect with several years' post-qualification experience
Strong experience managing projects through all RIBA stages
Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience leading projects and mentoring colleagues
Full UK driving licence
Happy to work from the Leicester office five days a week within an agile working environment
