Our client is a rapidly growing organisation with an office presence across 5 continents. They are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working at a strategic level, the successful HRBP will be responsible for advising directors, leading organisational change, and supporting large multiple business projects.
This is a brand-new role, reporting to a knowledgeable and fair HR Director, you will become an integral part of the HR team, in supporting the company’s growth and automation.
Based in Redhill, Surrey, with travel to London and 2 days WFH, paying up to £80,000, this is not an opportunity to be missed.
What you’ll do:
Lead all people-related aspects of TUPE transfers, acquisitions, contract mobilisations and demobilisations
Support with organisational growth, transformation and workforce planning
Lead significant transformation, restructuring and change programmes, ensuring people impacts, risks and dependencies are identified and effectively managed
Advise leaders on complex ER issues, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation
Champion global DEI initiatives within the region and embed inclusive practices locally
Use HR data and dashboards to influence business decisions and highlight people trends
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders during periods of change, providing guidance on consultation, employee engagement, communication and change management strategies
Provide strategic advice on workforce integration, restructuring, redeployment and organisational transitions
Support bid and tender activities through people planning, workforce modelling and mobilisation strategies
Implement regional talent management processes including succession planning, performance reviews, and development plans
Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions where required
Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted point of contact for project-related activity
The ideal candidate:
CIPD qualified preferred, with recent, transferable HR BP experience
Previous experience managing HR or business transformation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solutions-focused mindset
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance business objectives, organisational risk and employee outcomes
