Pay Rate: £14.97 to £19.99 per hour

Your Role: Supporting Independence | Enriching Lives
We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care team. We offer set shifts per week and have days and night packages available. You are always in one client's home for your shift, so no travelling around, ensuring consistency for you and the client you care for. We also offer flexible ad hoc shifts including days and waking nights.

This role involves delivering person-centered care within a client's home, supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical needs where trained. We offer a range of adult and paediactric care packages, as well as mental health packages - providing high quality support whilst building positive relationships to clients and their families.

We are looking for candidates with previous care experience who are reliable, confident working independently and flexible.

Your responsibilities:

Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing

Companionship: Offering warmth, kindness and a friendly face

Promoting independence: Encouraging clients to live fulfilled lives with autonomy

Community access: Helping clients engage in their local community

Medication support: Safe, timely administration of medication

Palliative and end of life care (where applicable): Providing compassionate care during life’s most sensitive moments

What we’re looking for:

At least 3 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK)

Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility (moving and handling)

The right to work in the UK

Registration with SSSC (applicants in Scotland) or SCW (applicants in Wales)

Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
