Senior Speech & Language Therapist

Overview
I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Speech & Language Therapist to join a specialist school in Kent, with immediate interviews available and a September start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary therapy team supporting children and young people with complex communication needs. You'll manage your own specialist caseload, carrying out assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions and contributing to EHCP reviews and care planning.
Alongside your clinical work, you'll play a key role in supporting the development of the Speech & Language Therapy service, delivering staff training, promoting communication across the school and working closely with education, health and care professionals to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. The role also includes involvement in supporting students with eating, drinking and swallowing needs as part of a multidisciplinary team, with dysphagia training available if required.
Requirements
HCPC registered Speech & Language Therapist
Degree or equivalent qualification in Speech & Language Therapy
RCSLT membership
Minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience
Experience managing a caseload and working within a multidisciplinary team
Experience within education or supporting children with complex needs is desirable
Enhanced DBS (we can put this in process for you)What's on offer
