The job: working on site, this role offers the opportunity to support major projects as part of a hardworking site team in a fast-paced construction environment.
The person: an experienced Skilled Labourer with a background in construction, tiling, rendering or plastering, who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys working as part of a reliable, hardworking team.
Responsibilities in your new role as Skilled Labourer
As a key member of the site team, you will be instrumental in the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
* Moving materials by hand or using equipment where required
* Packing and labelling items accurately
* Keeping work areas clean, organised and tidy
* Following all health and safety procedures
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the site
* Following instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Essential for this role is previous hands-on experience in either tiling, rendering, or plastering, demonstrating your valuable skill set. You will have:
* Previous experience in construction and trades
* Good communication skills
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A reliable, hardworking attitude
* Availability to start immediately
