JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

SALARY: £45 - £55k dependent on experience, van/fuel card + overtime, no on call, 20 days annual leave + bank holidays

JOB INFORMATION -HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer

Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service, and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances,
As an Air conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits and multi-split systems etc.
Covering in and around Surrey, Middx, West/Southwest London you would be responsible for delivering an excellent customer service to high end residentials apartment blocks (landlord side only), offices and other sites of a commercial nature.
This is a 40hour week, and would suit someone looking for a worklife balance
Van provided along with tools
On call 1 week in 6/7 with standby allowance and overtime rates

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - HVAC Engineer / Air conditioning engineer

Good customer services skills, well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent trouble shooting skills with the ability to accurately identify faults on VRV systems, VRF's, splits, AHU's and so on.
Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ
As an air conditioning engineer you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously
Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems with ability to change compressors etc
Motivated and trustworthy
