Provide 1:1 and group support for students with special educational needs (SEN)
Assist in delivering Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Support classroom teachers with behaviour management and student engagement
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Collaborate with SEN professionals, including speech therapists and educational psychologists
Track and report on student progress and development📋
Requirements:

Essential: Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
Optional: Experience working within a healthcare/care worker setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
