Production Planner
Onsite in Hampshire
£60,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a Production Planner to join a growing manufacturing team responsible for delivering complex electromechanical products.
Working across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Programme teams, you'll ensure materials, production schedules and manufacturing plans are aligned to meet customer delivery requirements.
Your responsibilities
Produce manufacturing plans using ERP/MRP systems.
Plan materials, production workload and tooling requirements.
Monitor production progress and identify potential issues.
Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
Support inventory management and WIP reporting.
Liaise with Engineering regarding product changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Help deliver customer orders On Time In Full (OTIF).
About you
You'll ideally have:
Manufacturing planning experience.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems (SAP or IFS desirable).
Experience within an electromechanical manufacturing environment.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, low-volume manufacturing environment.
