Your responsibilities as Senior HR Business Partner
Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability and confidence in managing their teams.
Support organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that improve decision-making.
Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for in a Senior HR Business Partner
Previous experience operating in a senior HR Business Partnering position ideally gained in a fast paced growing business.
CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Experience of HR change management, restructuring, workforce planning, TUPE and continuous improvement initiatives
Willingness to travel to other offices across UK and Europe as/when required.
Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment best practice.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions.
Ability to interpret people data and translate insight into practical business solutions.
